S\u00e5 har du lyst til at smage en \u00f8l-is, s\u00e5 er opskriften her. Velbekomme!<\/p>\n<p>Ingredienser:<br \/>\n0,33 l Midtfyns Stout<\/p>\n<p>2 spsk. brun farin (vigtig for smag og konsistens)<\/p>\n<p>6 \u00e6ggeblommer<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 l fl\u00f8de<\/p>\n<p>Fremstilling:<\/p>\n<p>1. Kog stouten ind sammen med den brune farin til ca. 1\/3 (sirup), og lad den k\u00f8le til 4-10 grader.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pisk \u00e6gget til et stift skum.<\/p>\n<p>3. Pisk fl\u00f8den til fl\u00f8deskum.<\/p>\n<p>4. Vend forsigtigt \u00e6g og fl\u00f8de sammen.<\/p>\n<p>5. Vend forsigtigt siruppen i.<\/p>\n<p>6. Frys blanding i fryseren med omr\u00f8ring ca. hver halve time de f\u00f8rste tre timer for at undg\u00e5 krystaller<\/p>\n<p>7.
